Return policy

You will be eligible for a full refund (excluding delivery fees) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will arrange for your blanket to be picked up from the location to which we delivered it. We will provide a shipping label to you at no cost for the return or exchange. The blanket must be returned in good condition with no user inflicted damages such as rips, stains or pet hair.

After we have completed an inspection of your return, we will refund the money that you paid for the purchase. The refund will be made to the same card that was used to complete the purchase.

If you have purchased the incorrect size, please contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If the returned item is deemed to be damaged, then you will not qualify for a refund. In this instance, you may opt to have the blanket returned to you. You will be liable for the shipping cost to get the blanket back to you.
