A qualified Actuary (FASSA) by profession, I have always been fascinated by maximising performance and wellbeing. For me, these two go hand-in-hand - when I feel good, I perform at my best.
This sense of wellbeing has always started with a great night's sleep thanks to the weighted blanket I've used my whole life. Now, is the time for the rest of South Africa to share in the key to great sleep.
